Classes

I offer 4 different types of class. I will travel to your location for events or groups. Class times and locations can change based on your schedule. All classes must be prescheduled or signed up for via email. 

 
 

Zumba/Cardio Dance

Monday-Friday

Time: when scheduled

Location: wherever needed

30-60 minutes long

Weekends: can be available if requested far enough in advance.

This Format is all of my own choreography, easy to follow, fun, and fast paced to really burn calories. Music is modern and a wide variety.

 

Mommy and Me Bootcamp

Saturday

Time: 10am

Location: Park of the week (will be posted on FB page)

45 minutes long

I created this program for moms with kids. This is a great way to get your exercise while still being able to have your little ones with you. This will also help you meet other moms and get the social aspect that I know all of us moms need!! 

HIIT

Monday-Friday

Time: when scheduled

Location: Wherever needed

45 minutes long

HIIT is high intensity interval training.

This is a timed interval circuit, 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest. This program is best held at a park, or other training facility. I have some equipment available for use when needed as well. 

 

Tabata

Monday-Friday

Time: when scheduled

Location: Wherever needed

30 minutes long

Tabata is an interval based style training where work is timed to 30 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. Exercise is continuous to keep your heart rate up and to burn the maximum amount of calories.
